GREETINGS PATIENTS WE ARE HAPPY TO BE BACK IN OUR PRACTICE AFTER STAGE 5 LOCKDOWN

We did some emergency housecalls in that time but we are able to treat you from our Gift Acres rooms again. There are, however, some very necessary Covoid 19 protocols to follow when coming for treatment:

Patients will be contacted the day before treatment to ensure they can confirm/comply with the following:
-The patient and no one else in their household currently has/is recovering from/has been exposed to anyone with Covoid 19.
-The patient and no one else in the household currently has any flu-like SYMPTOMS (temperature, dry cough, runny nose, sore throat).
-The patient, and ONLY the patient will be allowed to enter the premises once the previous patient has left-preventing cross-over between patients.
-Patients are required to wear a face mask at all times (PATIENTS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN).
-Patients are required to sanitize their hands on entering the premises (PROVIDED).
-Patients are required to fill in a Covoid 19 indemnity form on entering the practice.

IF FOR WHATEVER REASON THE PATIENT CANNOT CONFIRM/COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST THAT THE PATIENT RESCHEDULE THEIR APPOINTMENT UNTIL SUCH TIME THAT THEY CAN.

The treatment table is sterilized in front of the patient and once Dr. Greyling has sterilized the treatment can continue.
